We handle the personal data you entrust to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and other applicable regulations in the field of personal data protection.

 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

We process your email address in order to send you notifications and updates about events and changes in legislation. We do not use cookies on our website to store or access data about you or the device you use to access our website.

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties. To send newsletters, we use a partner tool that provides mass communication services on our behalf. The tool is certified under the Privacy Shield and ensures appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

You may at any time request access to your personal data, request its correction or deletion, request a restriction on processing, or object to processing. You also have the right to data portability. You may send a request regarding the exercise of your rights concerning the processing of personal data to info@vrlicevo.si.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending notifications and news at any time; however, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on that consent for the period prior to the withdrawal.

Subject to the conditions set forth by applicable law, we will notify you in the event of a personal data breach.
We will fulfill your requests without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of receiving the request, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations. Taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this deadline may be extended by up to two months. We will notify you of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, along with the reasons for the delay.
